For a well-known international Cruise line we are looking for a qualified and experienced Medical Doctor

Duties and key responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing services, advice, and provides medical treatment as directed by the doctor
• Administers medicines and drugs as prescribed by the doctor
• Applies surgical dressings and gives other forms of treatment
• Observes and reports on the general condition of patients (passengers and crew), measures and records body temperature, rate of respiration and pulse beat
• Administers first-aid treatment in emergencies and attends to seriously ill patients (passengers and crew)
• Gives instructions and advice on care of patients during their convalescence period
• Keeps records on a daily basis for chlorine and ph values of various areas on board
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned

Erforderliche Qualifikationen

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional training to become a qualified Nurse
• Fluent command of German and English language is mandatory
